Each session is tailored to your needs, combining deep tissue techniques with intuitive touch to release chronic tension, ease pain, and support your healing journey. Whether you're here for recovery or relaxation, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

A focused, therapeutic session targeting areas of chronic tension, injury, or pain. Perfect for clients needing specific work on problem areas without committing to a full-body session.

A more comprehensive experience for deeper relief. Includes extended time on problem areas while allowing space for relaxation and rebalancing. Ideal for those who want to fully reset.

My mission is to make wellness more accessible through personalized massage therapy, mindfulness tools, and practical self-care support.

To book a session, just click the button next that says book next to the service you’re interested in, or reach out through the contact form if you have any questions. I offer in-studio sessions, mobile massage (with at least 2 week notice), and special event setups.

Before your appointment:

  • Please let me know if you have any specific areas of concern, health considerations, or allergies.

  • New clients will receive a brief intake form to ensure your session is tailored to your needs. This will be reviewed before your appointment so please expect to be at least 15 minutes early to properly address your concerns.

  • I ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
